Summer is in full force at the Bainbridge Farmers' Market. Saturday morning is the place to be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The hot weather crops are coming in weekly and tuna and salmon will be coming soon.  The craft vendors are here to greet you with one of a kind items that will be the perfect take-home gift for your out of town visitors.  Speaking of off-island visitors, please have them check in at the market manager's booth and let us know where you've come from. We're tracking the number of visitors we get each week and would love to give a personalized greeting to all out of towners.

Bainbridge Downtown Association is spear-heading a Buy Local campaign and the Farmers' Market is a great place to start.  Communities across the nation are focusing on their local economies to build community and be more self-sufficient.

The annual Zucchini Race is coming!  September 13th at High Noon at the market.

Time to get your plans ready to come and join the fun.  We'll keep you updated in the next few weeks.
